Elaine Danson’s first hand experience in working with students, teachers, families and schools is extensive. She began teaching in 1974 and taught in the public, private and independent sector. She joined Montcrest School in 1986 as Director of Special Education and became Principal in 1991. For 15 years she led Montcrest School. All of these accomplishments provided her with extensive knowledge and experience.
